Abeego Expert Weighs In:
Abeego adapts to various temperatures. Fridge, freezer or counter top. The warmer Abeego is the tackier it becomes. This means lint, dust and small particles can stick to it. We advocate a super cool lunch bag or box when transporting Abeego. Keeping it in a clean, cool environment will keep Abeego looking good.
The unique formula used for Abeego means it can handle temperatures up to 35 degrees Celsius/95 degrees Fahrenheit. It will get a little soft and emit a stronger beeswax scent. Avoid +35 C or 95 F in combination with direct sunlight. Like the dash of you car on a hot summer day! The wax coating will melt. The majority of it will stay in the fabric and some may transfer to the surface it is sitting on. If this happens lift it off the surface. Let it cool. Abeego will go back to work as usual. You will be left to clean beeswax residue off the surface it was sitting on. We have some tips for this so don't despair if it happens. Contact us. We can help!
