MORE TIPS TO STORE CHEESE WITHOUT ABEEGO

    • Use the cheese paper that your cheesemonger or specialty store uses. Always avoid plastic - it's airtight and traps the gases that cheese naturally releases, resulting in moisture and bacteria growth. Sweaty cheese? It's an airtight wrap problem.
    • Keep cheese in the crisper, cheese drawer, and toward the top of the fridge. Cheese doesn’t like to get too cold.
    • Don’t store cheese on the door. The frequent opening and closing can create an unstable environment.  
    • Instead of slicing from the same side every time, consider eating your way around the cheese. This way, the whole block will age at the same rate.
