Production Worker 

We’re on a mission to Keep Food Alive and change the way the world keeps their food fresh. We’re looking for a production worker to join our hardworking team.

What your day looks like 

Full-Time Positions: 32-40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts.
Part-Time Positions: 8-32 hours per week, 4-8 hour shifts.

The shift will be spent standing at a workstation with your arms out in front of you rotating between stations - cutting, trimming or assembling. There will be periods of organization, counting and cleaning. 

Skills & Abilities

Physical stamina -  Can stand for long periods of time with arms working at a stand up station 

Efficiency - Ability to consistently meet outlined production stats targets and upholding quality standards

Team player - we’re a small team so it's important you enjoy working with others. 

POSITION DETAILS

Position Type
Full-Time & Part-Time

Wage 
$17/hour and moving to $19.39 after the probation period has been satisfied. This is a living wage as set by Living Wage Canada.

Health Benefits & Five Additional Paid Days Per Year
Available for full-time employees after the probationary period is completed.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred experience in production environments (bakeries, kitchens and landscaping etc. translate well to this role)
